Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins

2.25 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
3T brown sugar
1T baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup fresh blueberries (rinsed and towel dried)
1/2 cup macerated fresh blueberries (in bowl with wooden spoon)
1 large egg
1 cup buttermilk (I use reduced fat)
1/4 cup melted butter
